What currency are the prices on the site?

All prices are displayed in PKR for your convenience.

When will my order ship?

We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 days for processing, and expect an average shipping time of 5-7 days. Tracking numbers are provided 1-2 days after shipment. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 7 business days, feel free to email us.

Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on defective or damaged items. You have 10 days to return your product for a full refund. Please note, shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund. Include your name and order number with returned items.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order at no cost as long as it hasn’t shipped. If your order is already on the way, please wait for it to arrive and follow our return process for a full refund.

What if I entered an incorrect address?

If you realize there’s an error in your address, reply to your order confirmation email within 24 hours to let us know. We can correct the address before the order ships, but we cannot offer refunds after 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location, with an average delivery time of 5-7 business days. We ship worldwide from multiple fulfillment centers for faster delivery.
